Mothership Confirm EU Tour Dates Boult Guitars

(by Leanne Ridgeway, Chief Editor of RiffRelevant.com)

Mothership is embarking on a European Tour this month, we have the confirmed dates for their shows and festival appearances. Also announced today, some news of a Kelley Juett Signature Model from Boult Guitars is in the works…

Having just finished out their ‘High Strangeness Tour” in the United States, once again we will let there be rawk with Dallas heavy trio MOTHERSHIP! The Texas boys are touring Europe and the UK this spring, with a stop at Freak Valley and Stoned From The Underground festivals.

Supersonic, intergalactic, heavy rockers MOTHERSHIP includes brothers Kyle Juett on bass/lead vocals, Kelley Juett on guitar/vocals, and Judge Smith on drums, Mothership’s goal from their 2010 beginning has been to carry on traditional classic rock style of the ’70?s, amped up for the modern-day.

Mothership‘s High Strangeness official release on March 17th is launching this trio from their Earth-hovering orbit right to the outer limits. Judge Smith and the Juett brothers’ third full-length album presents a seasoned sound, solid songwriting and a noticeable confidence in Kyle’s vocals that may just change the course of the Ship’s trip.

Since the release of their début album on Ripple Music in February 2013, Mothership have been non-stop road warriors successfully invading the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe; playing either on festival stages, night clubs, or out under the sun at motorcycle parties.

This heavy rock juggernaut has only just begun their tear across the universal cosmos and have no plans of ever slowing down. Do not miss your chance to hop on board and TRIP ON THE SHIP.

(Riff Relevant’s own Chief Editor Leanne Ridgeway has seen them twice since 2016, including their recent April 19th date in Brooklyn NY at Saint Vitus Bar. Keep an eye out for her upcoming show review and exclusive photos!)

In news from only a couple of days ago, up and coming creators Boult Guitars have announced their pairing up with Mothership’s Kelley Juett for the creation of his own signature model guitar.

No word yet on style or design, but here’s some buzz directly from Boult Guitars:

Artist Announcement… Kelley Juett / Mothership

“Kelley is a guitarist we’ve admired for a while now; and Mothership are a band destined for the very top – it was bitterly disappointing not to see them supporting Metallica this year. We’re working with Kelley to create a signature guitar that will be available to pre-order shortly. We highly encourage anyone based in the U.K to check them out on their June tour, and we’ll see you at the Milton Keynes gig!”

Last we heard, Boult is hoping to release details of his signature guitar in the next week or so. Who knows what it will look like, but Kelley will damned sure be riffing it up…
